Unresolved RDPWIN Issues – Belden Stratford


Residents Guest Over Credit Limit- set to zero for new reservations and cannot be changed. Change not allowed when going in to each reservation to set manually for residents

Available rooms still slow to catch up. Changes do not appear for awhile. Must go back to start for any changes to appear which slows down time for guest, especially if changing rooms.

Cannot enter 3 year leases or any term longer than 1.5 years - must make two reservations for the same lease or system changes dates to 2004 – see reservation 743022.

Need location of CR and RE tables in WIN

Cannot log into Historical Data – get error message “updating files-cannot complete check file”

Cannot change Reg Cards to auto print quantity of 2

Scattered reservations not posting to bucket check – see reservation numbers 759816 and 759815.

When trying to change information in a reservation, frequently get error message “ the operation has not succeeded because another user has been processing data. Please try the operation again. If this message persists, place all RDPWIN applications at the Start section or exit application”. This occurs when no one else is in the reservation.

Speed

In any reservation, including longterm, no save functions are allowed at all if a credit card has expired, including notes that can identify what is being done.

Cannot change sharewith departure dates. System changes everyone on reservation to same dates.

Need to be able to isolate the different tax codes for transient posting and print separately
(in DOS= Night Audit #764

Forfeit deposit does not show up on the shift payment report in WIN

If there are no sleepers or no shows, night audit cannot print a report to indicate that they verified this

If someone is making a reservation for a future date and gets kicked out of the system, the reservation completes itself for today’s date.

DeparturesAlreadyCheckedout report has not accurately shown current day’s checked out
Reservations-sometimes shows a mixture of previous day’s checkout while a current reservation is in house
