I just spoke to Steve from RDP. He says to remedy the one remaining availability issue is to follow this rule.

When making a change to a reservation, you first make the change, then click on "Save" then click on "Save & Close when finished.

If you are making multiple changes i.e.; changing a room type and the arrival date, you must click on "Save" after you make the first change. Make the second change, click on "Save" and when finished click on "Save & Close".

In other words...clicking on "Save & Close" only, is what is throwing off our inventory. You must click on "Save" before you "Save and Close"
