Rates getting lost with Orbitz/Expedia reservations

WHEN MAKING RESERVATION WITH A GROUP MASTER ATTACH (EXAMPLE: EXPEDIA, ORBITZ. TRAVELOCITYl When you make the reservation adding a rate when you save close or save then close the rate does not remain. You must come out of the reservation, refresh, come back to the reservation, re-enter the rate and save close. Last night we had 25 reserv that were expedia and orbitz only where the rate did not remain.
