The above message will flash when sometimes attempting to check a room in. You can proceed if you select housekeeping at the bottom left, but I think it would be most beneficial to all if the default was "yes" to housekeeping service required. 99.9% of the people require/expect service so if there is a way to make that "yes" a default that might solve this issue.
