1. Folios need to show more detailed credit card. There are many instances when multiple credit cards are used for payment and it needs to be made more credit as to which card was used for a specific dollar amount.
2. Auditors must have the ability to read a full credit card #. In instances when a refund needs to be placed and a different credit card be charged. If we cannot read the number then a refund and correction will not be able to be done.
3. Travel agent commission requests have limited information and are not set up the same way, making it more difficult to process payment.
4. Folios do not allow for a print date range. This is vital for printing rent statements.
5. Rent is randomly posting to apartments. Also changed apartment dates to odd arrival and departure. Vital that this is corrected.
